With 30+ years of negotiating experience and over a decade representing investment clients in the multifamily markets of the sprawling San Fernando Valley and Tri-Cities markets of Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena, Reza Ghobadi has consistently won top producer honors. His most recent achievements include being named an Everest Club Top 10% Producer of Colliers Brokerage in North America (2017-2021) as well as being the recipient of Colliers’ Max Green Top Producers Award for those same years, and selected by Los Angeles Business Journal as one of three top CRE brokers recognized LABJ: Who’s Brokering Los Angeles (2020).

Jim Jacobsen, who began with Colliers in 2018, is a marketing and administrative professional with many years of experience in commercial real estate, including JLL, Trammell Crow and CBRE.  Jim is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and winner of the Colliers 2021 Employee of the Year Award for Greater Los Angeles.

Tony Sameyah joined the Colliers Ghobadi Multifamily Investment Team as an Associate in May 2019 after graduating from the highly distinguished University of Southern California Marshall School of Undergraduate Business. Through classes, events, and job opportunities Tony had the incredible opportunity of learning, networking, and building a strong foundation of necessary skills while studying at USC.

Blake Jauregui has joined the Colliers Ghobadi Multifamily Investment Team as an associate in May of the year 2023. After graduating from the renowned Saint Mary’s College of California School of Economics and Business Administration, Blake acquired the skills and opportunities to help pursue a Career in Commercial Real Estate. A concentration in the Multifamily market was a great fit for Blake.

Jared Papazian began working with Colliers in the fall of 2017. The team and he focus on the brokerage of multifamily assets located in the San Fernando Valley and Tri-Cities area which include Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena. Jared is a former professional fighter with 40 fights and a 2x time king of the cage champion. He has competed in boxing, kickboxing and mixed martial arts, and he brings the same work ethic and champion mindset to his brokerage.
